- Log into your account and click on your username in the top right corner.
- You will see your account information. In the left column, open 'My account' and click the 'Account verification'. You can find all the steps that have to be completed in order to fully activate your account.
- Identity verification is the first step. It can be done via Bank ID.
- Click on the "Bank ID" button and a dialog box will appear.
- You will be asked to log in to your online banking.
- After succesful login, you will be asked to confirm the data transfer
- You will be redirected back to kingsbet.cz
- Bank ID will also verify your payment method and phone number
Bank ID can be used only for following banks:
Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Air Bank, Komerční banka, MONETA Money Bank, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit Bank, FIO banka a mBank.
If you do not have any of the banks listed above, we cannot verify your identity.

You've gone through all the steps above, but your identity still isn't verified? This could be mainly because your bank doesn't have up-to-date personal information - primarily, check that the ID card registered with the bank is still valid.
If the information matches, it will be necessary for one of our staff members to review the specific response from Bank ID.
