You can choose from two payment methods - bank transfer or payment card. Follow the instructions on the page for the selected payment method. This may include entering payment card details, logging into your banking application or other necessary steps.

Therefore, if you want to register a new payment method for withdrawal from the game account, this payment can only be send to a bank account or card that has previously been used, and therefore verified, for a deposit to your game account.
Don't forget that all cards and accounts you want to use for payments must be registered with your real name.
