Log in to your game account, open account information and find the "Withdrawal" option in the "Deposits and Withdrawals" section.
Choose the type of payment method you want to use (for example, bank transfer, payment card, etc.). Follow the instructions on the page for the selected payment method.
If you choose to send a payment to your card, you can only choose a card that has already been used for a deposit.
If you choose bank transfer, enter the IBAN of your account in the field.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 1 CZK for bank transfer, 100 CZK for payment card.
The maximum value of the withdrawal is currently not set.
If you want to withdraw money from your account, you must use the card linked to that account. It is not possible to withdraw money to any other card than the one you have registered. This is necessary for security reasons and fraud protection.
After that, just confirm the transaction by clicking on "Withdrawal". After completing the process, you will usually receive a confirmation of the successful transaction, or instructions on the next steps if something is still missing.
Withdrawals to payment cards are processed within a few minutes. However, some banks credit the funds only after a few days, while others display the transaction in the "Blocked / Reserved Payments" section, and the actual balance is updated again within days.
Please note that some banks charge a fee for incoming card payments.
Withdrawals to a bank account are processed twice each business day, specifically at 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You can expect the funds to be in your bank account no later than the following business day.
Don't forget that all cards and accounts you want to use for withdrawals must be registered in your name.
