We recommend using the application or website in moderation, ensuring you don't spend more time or money than you intend. Here are some simple rules to keep gaming enjoyable and safe. These rules form the foundation of responsible gaming:
- Play for fun. Never bet more than you can afford, and never bet on credit. Avoid using credit cards for betting. Betting should be entertaining, but it can become problematic if a player loses control.
- Set gaming limits and a long-term personal limit on the amount you're willing to invest in gaming. Establish this limit based on careful consideration of your real financial situation. Set a limit on potential losses for each game, and never continue if you exceed this limit. Plan in advance how much time you want to spend playing, and set time limits accordingly.
- Gaming should be fun, not a cause of personal loss, addiction, or sadness. Keep personal records to track your long-term success.
- View betting as entertainment, not a way to get rich quickly.
- Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol, medication, or other substances. Don't play if you are dealing with serious personal issues, stress, or depression. Play only when you are rested and focused.
- Be prepared to win, and be prepared to lose.
- Keep your excitement and entertainment under control by monitoring the time, amounts wagered, wins, and losses. Make decisions for yourself and don't be influenced by others. A good player knows when to start, continue, and stop at the right time, based on personal choice and free will.
- Luck and chance play a big role; don't believe in tricks, fraudulent guides, or systems.
- Study each game, its advantages, and risks. Choose the ones that suit you best.
- Bet and play only where it's legal and follows clear, fair rules.
- Take regular breaks while playing.
Need a Break/Self-Exclusion
During a break, you cannot place bets or play casino games for money. However, you can still cash out and withdraw funds.
This tool allows for immediate account blocking, providing a temporary pause for 48 hours. This function is crucial for responsible gaming according to gambling laws. After 48 hours, you can log back in, and all limits and settings on your profile will be restored, allowing you to resume gaming and betting without any issues. A short break can be appealing to players who don't want to limit themselves systematically but occasionally need a pause. You might just need to take a moment to unwind and let emotions settle, as they aren't always the best companions in gaming. Use a short break when planning to attend parties involving alcohol. Setting a short break can protect your account from impulsive nighttime bets that you might regret the next day. Set a Short Break.
You have 2 options to temporarily block your account:
1) In your profile in the upper right corner
In the column on the left, scroll down to the "Responsible gaming" category, then click on "Self-exclusion" and you will immediately see an offer to suspend your account for 48 hours (2 days).
After selecting this option, click on the "Suspension" button and then activate self-exclusion.
Before blocking, you will see a warning that you are suspending your account. Click "OK" and then your account will be blocked. You will not be able to bet, play, deposit or create a new account for 48 hours.
2) You can also activate self-exclusion on the main page.
Here you can see exactly how long you have been logged into your account and right next to the timer, there is an "I need a break" button. When you click on it, a window will appear with the option to take a break, where at your discretion (when you know that you are not in control of your playing) you click continue.
After that, a window will appear with information about self-exclusion and a link to the register of excluded persons from the Ministry of Finance. If gaming has a bad effect on you, you can register yourself on this list. However, if you only want to suspend your game for 48 hours, click the button "Suspend your game for 48 hours" and then your account will be blocked.
Immediately afterwards, you will see a notification that your account has been successfully blocked with a link to your profile.
Here you will see information about active restrictions with the date and time until when your account will be suspended.
- Gambling often occurs in cycles. However, if the frequency of your gambling increases (including the amount and frequency of bets) and you find yourself feeling increasingly depressed, don't hesitate to seek professional help.
